I understand first hand the demands and pressures of living a fast-paced life in Manhattan. I grew up in the idyllic Swedish countryside before moving to Manhattan in my 20’s. As a successful entrepreneur in my 30’s, I experienced the joys and pressures of running a thriving business and maintaining a busy social life in New York. I also experienced stress and burnout, and as a result, I spent a transformative year traveling the world to get some perspective. That is when I found my true calling – helping people reach their full potential from my unique European/American perspective.
Since receiving my master’s from degree in Social Work from Columbia University, I have guided individuals through various challenges, from anxiety and stress to unhealthy habits and family dynamics affected by neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and Autism. My holistic therapeutic approach focuses on empathy, active listening, and non-judgment, tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
After 20 years in New York, I moved back to my native Sweden to start a family and embrace a more European way of life. Now I use my dual perspective to provide convenient, flexible, and holistic therapy for New Yorkers from the comfort of your surroundings.

Growing up in the tranquil Swedish countryside, we lived a slow life and spent a lot of time connecting to nature, friends, and family. It was there that I experienced the beauty of living in the present.

As an adult, I thrived on the fast pace of Manhattan, juggling a demanding job and enjoying all that New York has to offer.
Now, as a holistic therapist, I combine the tranquility of Sweden with the vibrancy of New York to help New Yorkers find balance and calm, no matter how hectic life gets.

Holistic Therapeutic Approach
As a holistic therapist, I recognize the deep connection between the mind and body. My approach to therapy is multifaceted, focusing on helping my clients heal on every level—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Rather than merely treating isolated symptoms, I take a holistic view of a persons past, present, and lifestyle habits such as sleep, nutrition, diet, and screen time, to help them achieve greater wellness and balance.
I incorporate practices like mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and energy psychology modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to help my clients cultivate present-moment awareness, release physical and emotional tensions, and clear energetic blocks. I also draw upon cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns and narratives, and promote profound changes in perspective.
Sometimes I recommend seeking outside somatic therapies such as yoga, massage, and movement exercises to release physical and emotional tension held in the body.
Through this comprehensive approach, I facilitate holistic healing to empower my clients to unlock their full potential and live with greater vitality and fulfillment.
